Summary BioCrockett Tidwell RPh, CDCESCrockett Tidwell earned his degree in pharmacy in 1998, his credential as a Certified Diabetes Educator in 2014, the Certificate in Travel Health™ from International Society of Travel Medicine in 2022 and appointed to the Lubbock County Board of Health in 2023.Crockett currently serves the role of Clinical Services Manager for the United Family. United Family pharmacies include 86 pharmacies across Texas and New Mexico which operate under four banners, Market Street Pharmacy, United Pharmacy, Amigos Pharmacy and Albertsons Market Pharmacy.Crockett also serves on the board of Lubbock Cooper Education Foundation, is a founding member of South Plains Immunization Network, member of Lubbock Cooper ISD student health advisory committee, Lubbock ISD Health Sciences Advisory committee, American Diabetes Association Living Healthy in the Real world planning committee (former) and is a former member of the Texas State Board of Pharmacy’s Task Force on Long Term Care.Crockett is an adjunct clinical instructor and residency preceptor for Texas Tech College of Pharmacy and is an advance practice faculty member for the American Pharmacist Association in the areas of diabetes, immunization, pharmacy technician immunization and travel health.In 2019 Crockett was named as the National Immunization Champion in the area of Travel Health by American Pharmacist Association.
