Develop and drive Marketing Strategy for specific Service Line of SPA in Global Markets. Carrying out complete planning & execution of Brand Development, Promotions, Channel, Online Marketing, SEO Strategy and Processes. Working with Global Service Line leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans.Design and deliver on Marketing Services portfolio for key Segments and Initiatives in Partnership with onshore peers.Offer Marketing support for key pursuits - Bid theme, Content, Asset Development, Visit experience, Collateral's, Presentations, Corporate Communications, Employee Portal, Profiles, Case Studies, etc. To work with the Marketing production Team in India to deliver on Global Service Line Marketing requirements. Coordinate activities leading to visual identity creation within the SPA Guidelines, Own and execute Global Service Line Marketing and Communications Programs. Manage Campaigns End to End (Strategy, Market Research, Web Services, Event support, but not limited to these), Establish an efficient offshore-onshore peer model for Global Service Line Marketing Programs.Liaising with SPA Partners as SPOC (single point of contact) as the need arises. Leading diverse Teams of Professionals to new levels of success in highly Competitive and Aggressive Environments. Ensure that the Processes, Procedures, Controls and Measurements that are currently being implemented are embedded, refined and adhered to, to ensure that the NEW Marketing Department is efficient, effective, delivers to a high standard, on time and on budget. Continual Analysis and Refinement of Marketing program's to ensure they are well Positioned, high Quality and achieve the desired Results.
