Complex Industry cases are my principal motivation.I have a clear vision of Fire Engineering business, from Comercial conception phase until Commissioning phase; doing a managing and consultancy function, always trying to exceed expectations.I have developed my professional career in ASHES Fire, more than 15 years in fire engineering, designing all kind of projects, especially large industrial complexes, both in Spain and in countries like Mexico, Colombia, Kenya or Dominican Republic.Basis of my work is defined on ✔INSPECTION,, ✔DESIGN and ✔PROJECT MANAGING, in focus with a complete and solid accomplishment.I can propose many solutions, based on standards and codes, or singular cases of upgrade plants, or assets transfers, where really I can add value, establishing an expert diagnosis, due diligence reports, and decision advice.I must annex Performance Based Design method, which I consider another powerful tool available to offer better solutions.
