As an Employment Placement Specialist at Mirror Inc., I work with a team of case managers, counselors, and employers to provide job readiness training, resume assistance, interview coaching, and placement services to our clients. I also leverage my previous experience as a Federal Officer and Cook Foreman at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where I supervised and trained inmates in warehouse operations, food inspection, and safety procedures.
