Christian A. Römmert is one of the German pioneers in modern IT/Telecommunicaion with a +25 years managing experience. Since the early 90‘s, he plays an active role in setting up leading technologies for global businesses. Christian started his career at Dr. Neuhaus, the first modem producer in the strictly regulated German market. Later on, Christian worked on establishing barcode technology in Germany branch director at ICS International AG and key account manager at Datalogic, producer of bar code scanners. In this position he was responsible for the implementation of scanning systems at Deutsche Post AG. Under his guidance as a Country Manager for a leading international mobile Data aggregator Netsize -owned by Gemalto, France- developed an extensive mobile messaging infrastructure and achieved within 3 years a turnover from the scratch to 3,5 million €. Since 2008 he enabled on site paging solutions for world leading paging LRS solutions to the Europan market, With today more than 800 active reseller he supports this market in hospitality, retail and logistics as well as health care. In 2010 he acquired the exclusive distributorship for major parts of Europe. Table Tracker and other great solutions enable the foundation of LRS Espana SL in 2018, At Ab Ovo Management Partner Christian is responsible for marketing and sales projects as well as the vertical IT/C markets. His speciality is international business development – with a wide management experience including the setup of new business units, restructuring and rightsizing business as well as M&A. Christian helped some US-companies to successfully start their business in Europe as interims managing director. As operative manager Christian successfully formed the start-up business for Long Range Systems in Europe - introducing a new product idea to a conservative market. He achieved market leadership for LRS within 5 years. In Western-Europe he successfully established a reseller network for LRS with more than 850 reseller. Christian founded LRS Espanã SL, Barcelona, in 2017 to honor the business on the Spanish market.
