As an Account Executive, I handle a portfolio of over 80 clients in several different industries with a monthly A/R balance of over 7 figures, my duties includes verification of the checks that we receive from our lockbox, run credit reports, customer service as well as light collection calls and verifying invoices submitted for Riviera to funding. My duties also include running UCC searches on our clients and investigate Tax Liens.

Responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience in the areas of the store designated as Electronics. Responsibility to ensure guests can find what they are looking for and that the areas maintain brand standards and are in-stock. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging the guest and prioritizing the guest's needs over task.

As Sr. Sales Consultant I have ownership of the sales areas. Responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional experience for customers requiring all there office needs from paper to technology. I quickly build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced Technology product and services knowledge to meet customers' needs.Responsible for the training of Sales Consultants, or other associates within the store regarding office products, selling behaviors, attachments and services. Additionally, will perform daily and weekly maintenance of the assigned area.

As a Certified Trainer for Johnny Rockets, I was given the opportunity to open new restaurants in the city of Irvine and Orange, California. There I was in charge of 40+ employees in each store, training them on procedures to run a restaurant. While not opening stores, I was a Supervisor for the Cerritos branch. There I did Payroll, labor management, and quality assurance .
