Hired as a specialist to transform a startup product line into competitive operation across Texas.• Secured and managed more than 200 accounts throughout North, Central, East, and West Texas; owned accountability for more than $2M in monthly revenue ($24M per year).• Built and developed the state operation into a highly competitive two-step distribution fastener program with more than 50 direct container buying accounts.• Managed delivery of direct truckloads for high volumes of sales each week for a line of building products.• Opened untapped markets and created sales in roofing supply, drywall supply, masonry supply, and steel supply yards; increased sales by millions of dollars per year as a result.• Setup and increased direct truckload sales of OSB, OSB radiant barrier, plywood, treated lumber, Hoover Pyro-Guard, rebar, #1 yellow pine, #2 yellow pine, SPF, LP Smart Side, LP Archform, JM insulation, and James Hardie siding.• Proved vital in setting up a national chain buying direct truckloads of densglass gold and dens backer board out of multiple locations throughout the country.
