• Ensure completion of annual reports to be submitted to Student Engagement, theExecutives of FSS MQU, and other important stakeholders;
• Appoint members into executive positions in the event of vacancy, subject to theapproval of the Executive Committee;
• Optimizing the relationship between Committees and other members, and to achieveFSS MQU’s agreed goals;
• Determine the validity of any complaint by a member, and if necessary, call an ExecutiveCommittee meeting to discuss and resolve the concern;
