Stephen Cross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Thompson Rivers University, is a licensed sub-mortgage broker in the Province of British Columbia and holds an MBI certificate from the Mortgage Brokers Institute of British Columbia. Stephen started his career at First Circle Financial in 2011 and was promoted to President in 2023. From 2020 to 2023, he served on the Board of Directors for the BC MIC Manager's Association as Membership Chair then Regulators Chair. He is a proud member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia and Mortgage Professionals Canada.
