I am a Leadership Coach and Consultant who believes in building relationships people can count on through enhanced leadership skills and richer communication. With over 15 years in line management within Hewlett Packard and other corporations, 14 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, including ten years in leadership development and executive coaching, I know the unique realities of both corporate and nonprofit environments and fashion powerful programs using the best approaches from both worlds. I serve on the adjunct faculties of the Center for Creative Leadership and the National Leadership Institute at the University of Maryland, where I earned my M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
