Next-gen technology infrastructure for this class-leading company. • Created 5 opto component packages from concept, through validation, to pilot production (semi-packaging) to millions-per-year mass production. • Engineered manufacturing and supply-chain and M&A thereof – including foundry-level designs and processes (III-V). Built a fully-automated, vision-driven spectrographic LED sorter.• Technology validation/risk assessment. • Extensive work in vendor management.

Bought, renovated & operated two taverns. Extensive small business experience including bookkeeping, staffing, licensing, commercial real estate & all aspects of operations. Took bars from $150K/yr sales to $1M+/yr sales. Divested at a profit.
