I had 1,100 employees with 30 direct. I was responsible for leading and developing the company’s largest and most profitable client relationship. RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE: I was recruited and tasked to improve sales and deepen engagement within the largest marquee accounts. I interviewed key stakeholders, identified capable internal/external talent, and built a new team, reassigning or releasing unproductive team members. We evolved the business plan into a new scope, roles, and KPIs. I coached clients, direct reports, and maintained communication with the Board on milestones. Within 3 months, resolved primary issues and strengthened relationships, which maintained share value.ACHIEVED IN THIS ROLEGLOBAL / INTERNATIONAL / NATIONAL EXPANSIONS• Identified an opportunity to increase engagement within the GM account and built a specialist team, assigned central and local leads to each project, and crafted a strategic plan for each. Global Client President – General Motors Account Achievements Part 2Dentsu Aegis Network Dec 2013 - Jun 2018Tokyo, JpREVENUE GROWTH / CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT• To bolster revenue and secure long-term contracts, I assembled a team of 5 core leaders, built the business plan, and adjusted KPIs, communicating benchmarks. Together, we improved and established better processes and KPIs. This improved efficiencies, and client satisfaction scores increased every 3 months, which resulted in the coveted GM Supplier of the Year Award and bolstered the relationship with an eased contract renewal.BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION / KPI DEVELOPMENT• In an effort to improve top line revenue, I met regularly with a team of 25 direct reports who each developed a set of KPIs (built from master business plan), ultimately resulting in ~1,000 KPI’s to track in pursuit of new business. These benchmarks transformed operations, strengthened relationships, and won incremental business while improving morale and employee retention. This contributed to winning the Supplier of the Year award referenced above.MULTI-SITE OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENT / EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT• To improve client relationships, I conceived and led a Net Promoter Score survey for 500 clients to solicit feedback and identify ways to improve engagement. We analyzed this data by brand and region and used the information to make improvements (e.g. quality of product and team, timing turnaround, responsiveness, and key agency metrics). This led to an average 21% market improvement over 3 years, and an 8.5/10 advocate score. These metrics were then established as KPIs for all key client relationships.COST REDUCTIONS• I was tasked by the CEO to reduce media spending without sacrificing quality or overall performance. I formulated a 12-month plan, established a Global Head of Trading role to approve all spending, led trading workshops, and closely monitored KPI’s. Over 4 years, these efforts exceeded cost reduction goals by ~2X. Today, all large-scale global projects are closely managed. -

Within one year, I recruited new talent and over the next 6 months, this effort transformed productivity and restored the firm’s reputation, ultimately achieving a #3 ranking and securing multiple marquee accounts with single year growth rate of 25% per independent source (RECMA).ACHIEVED IN THIS ROLEINTERNATIONAL EXPANSION• To increase market penetration, I targeted, recruited, hired, and mentored a business development team, centralized core functions, and advised on selling and marketing tactics.
