At Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, I guide several teams building Manufacturing Execution Systems, enterprise business systems, and other specialized tools that give our company an edge. My teams build world-class software to empower our internal customers to reach their goals.Previously, I received a degree in electrical engineering, then found that I could contribute most through developing MES software for SEL’s manufacturing plants. The past few years have focused on developing productive engineering teams, practices, and leaders on the teams.
