This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including trades, clients, architects, engineers, and structural designers, to develop and build cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions for each project, either as turnkey or as prefabricated Panel Lite construction.• Develop, manage, and continually update project-specific budgets and scheduling plans in conjunction with the Director and Business Operations Manager.• Anticipate risks and costs related to the technical aspects of the project.• Conduct site visits before the commencement of design to assess the suitability of prefabrication and site access.• Provide technical assistance for the detailed 2D and 3D models of prefabricated projects.• Liaise with the Senior CAD Technician and Prefabrication Manager, to track production, assembly on site, and finishing times and costs.• Ensure resources (staff, material, and tools) are allocated in the most effective and efficient manner.• Manage quality control stages throughout the project.• Conduct risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefs.• Ensure all work, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures are followed and met on-site for staff, contractors, and visitors.
