Working closely with the college groups Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver strategic and business plans, aligned to the needs of the East Kent economy and providing learners with excellent education and training. The college is rated Good by Ofsted, with Outstanding management and governance.Prior to being elected as Chair, I had been a Governor for five years, serving on both Audit and Business committees as well as committees preparing for the merger with Canterbury College. During this time, the former Thanet College also took on the Folkestone and Dover campuses of K College.
