I have been the Service Manager at Ironcore since February 7, 2021, specializing in enhancing the MSP services my team and I provide for financial organizations. With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve held roles including Director of IT, Network Administrator, Technical Sales, and consultant for various online projects. My expertise spans IT management, oversite of network security, and emerging technologies, with a strong focus on AI, machine logic, and human-centric training as the first line of defense in cybersecurity.I hold a bachelor’s degree in business: Management of Information Systems (MIS) and have contributed to the industry as a writer during the dot-com era, publishing articles on Macintosh-related topics. I’ve also served as a member of the La Crosse, WI Technology Review Committee, bringing technology-focused insights to the local technology initiatives.Now that I’ve settled into my role at Ironcore, I’m passionate about returning to community stewardship—helping clients and the broader community secure their digital environments and empowering others to do the same for those around them.Outside of work, I’m a die-hard griller, avid online gamer, and an enthusiast for all digital gadgets when I am not involved with my family (wife and a teenager). We have a family dog who often comes to the office with me and enjoys his time serving as one of IC's unofficial staff.
