AiF specializes in a wide range of projects including single and multi-family residential, hospitality, and publicly-funded projects through New York City’s Department of Design & Construction’s Design Excellence Program.As a Project Manager, I worked internally under the direction of the Design Principal and managed internal teams of junior and intermediate Architects in the design and delivery of private single-family and multi-family residential projects with budgets ranging from $200,000 to $15,000,000. In a client-facing role, I managed all project phases including pre-design feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, filing & approvals, construction documentation, bidding, award, and construction administration. The teams I led directed and coordinated the work of landscape architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition and shoring engineers; code, audio visual, and lighting consultants.
