Administers all housing operations for a first year residential hall, aiding in the retention of studentsthrough providing insight into the University’s Student Success Network. Supervises student staffmembers, providing professional development and coaching opportunities. Oversees all deskoperations, including scheduling and employee relations. Serves as a conduct officer; ensuring that the disciplinary process is educational, fair, and efficient. Collaborates campus wide and departmental projects. Supervised conference assistants and organized logistics for summer conference groups.

Administered all housing operations for a first year co-ed residence hall and three fraternity houses,coordinating student learning and leadership development. Advised the development, implementation and support of a Residence Hall Association and Hall Council. Assisted with student retention of residents and records pertinent information in an online student database. Served as a conduct officer for individual students and student organizations (specifically Greek Life). Served as point for emergency responses and procedures for all residence halls and Greek Life facilities. Responsible for the hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of residence hall student staff. Advised the Interfraternity Council, all Greek leadership training/workshops, and GAMMA. Oversaw risk management facilitation and procedures for the Greek community.

Advised and trained Bearcat Peer Education, a network of five student organizations (40-50 students).Assisted the University Health Educator with promotion, planning and execution of departmentevents. Developed curriculum for and taught Peer Education training course and state-wide trainingprogram. Presented weekly to students, faculty, and staff on issues that affect the six degrees ofwellness. Supervised four undergraduate marketing interns with web development, marketing, and PR.

Supervised, guided, and evaluated five full-time professional staff members. Counseled 41 collegiate chapters over two years via phone contact, email, and in person visits. Facilitated training of chapters that were in distress, newly formed, and/or needed recruitment assistance. Trained over 600 individuals in communication and leadership skills through 1-on-1 meetings, group workshops, and lecture hall presentations. Evaluated strengths and challenge areas of chapters on a daily basis.Assisted/advised the successful planning/execution of three region conferences. Evaluated chapters for the Board of Directors based on visit experience and chapter reports each semester. Created and facilitated six leadership seminars at national and regional events.
