Ryan, originally from New Jersey, is a multi-dimensional restaurateur with promotional and management skills as a well as an accredited ‘mixologist’ behind the bar. Duke, a certified Sommelier, brings 30 years of restaurant experience ranging from chains to 5 Diamond restaurants all over the country. On the heals of expansion, they have brought on Chef Jim Vigil, an established chef here in the Valley with a long career of growing with successful restaurant groups. Jim’s management style, creativity, and “Green” commitment fits in well with both Crust, and The Convention Center’s styles. Merendino feels he has assembled the best team to continue to grow their concept here in the Valley.
