Worked as an Executive Producer with McDaniel Entertainment and Prairie Surf Media to produce thought provoking short films based upon books we had optioned.

Cornerstone, a versatile design and technology firm, specializing in tailored outsourcing solutions for content creating companies. In December 2021 the founders completed a successful sale to a third party, dissolving Cornerstone's services in house.

CFP is a full-service book publisher with offices and operations in North America.

Responsible for creating new revenue generating divisions and companies for the publishing house. Launched and managed continued development of overseas operation. Created 4 new divisions and 2 companies that account for a 218% growth in publishers main line business over the 4 years of employment.

Created and published Variance Magazine initially as an online marketing tool. Since the original release Variance Magazine has become a leading source of pop culture experiencing an average of 2 million unique views each publication.

Concentration on finding and securing financing through different marketing partners (banks, credit unions, venture capital firms...) for CLC. Involved in negotiating funding (or purchase) commitment, time frame, underwriting criteria, marketing and price with potential partners.

Business Development (B2B). Created partnerships with Credit Unions, Banks and other organizations to implement a new student loan referral program in their organization, maximizing CLC’s student loan platform and expertise. Created a turn-key partnership program that maximizes CLC’s exposure, keeping risk potential at a minimum and reduced cost to funded dollar lower than marketing averages. I created and managing nationwide affinity program from scratch. Created a target list and cold called for sales. Managed Affinity relationships, operating expenses and quarterly reporting. Lead contract negotiating and referral fees. Created and implemented a marketing plan specific to each organization to increase volume and retain members/customers. Managed and supported 15 territory representatives nationwide. Targeted new partners and verticals. In the first 18 months I secured 35 bank/credit union partners with a marketing reach of 2.6 million customers.

Counseled students and parents on federal/private aid available when attending college and the steps necessary to apply and receive college loans through CLC. Qualified cold call leads to generate new business and managed a database of sales leads. I also hosted and presented to school officials and outside representatives when they visited corporate. I participated and presented at conferences and conventions due to knowledge of subject matter and the ability to speak to groups associated with our affiliated partners.CLC employed on average 100 loan consultants at all times. As a loan consultant I was consistently in the top 10% from 2003-07. I remain #1 in funded loan volume throughout the history of CLC, and won the Top Performer Award in 2005 and 2006.
