During my time as Director of Operations, I had full oversight for three full service restaurants and an urban farm in which we held privet events. - Writing all SOP for all restaurants- Integrations of all digital platforms- Budget reporting

At Launderette, I managed a staff of over 50 team members. I spent the time building training programs, rewriting SOP, creating and building on the brand and the culture we set forth. Leading this team through the pandemic brought on a whole new set of challenges. Adapting at every moments, working with our HR team, writing policy, and rewriting service all together. Coming out on the other side with an entire new set of skills and eyes for problem solving.
