I built systems that transform and move data.

Designed, programmed, and optimized the automation of big-data transformations and workflows using Python, ETL Workflows, Azure Pipelines, Databricks, and SQL stored procedures. This included built-in validation from the back-end to web application levels; and spanned across multiple databases, DBMS systems, and networks.

- Programmed the scripted automation of data migration, data processing, and automated analysis using Python, Oracle PL/SQL, stored SQL procedures, and automated dynamic user reporting using Visual Basics/VBA- Designed, developed, and maintained database schema, tables, procedures, functions and Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes

- Translated and maintained written hospital/insurance/government contracts into computerized models that accurately predicted negotiated reimbursement- Through the creation and use of automated reports/analysis/algorithms, oversaw - on a global level - that payment received from contract entities correctly matched the model's predicted values.

Working under the V.P. of Government & Payer Relations, researched and wrote data-backed white papers and policy briefs that illustrated the impact of insurance and government policies on hospital systems. Drafted a policy recommendation at the direct request of Tennessee Hospital Association. Presented information to law and policy makers at state and federal level.
