 Conduct material testing for cement, fine and coarse aggregates. Monitors project progress and liaise with the client/s. Conduct visual investigation, pre-conditional and post conditional survey to existing building and structures. Attends project coordination meetings and conducts tool box meeting.  Analyze data and be able to assess building condition and generate reports. Assess potential risk that may occur on the job site. Facilitate other documentation and paper works.

 Ensure to deliver good quality Property units. Conducts inspection and punchlisting for those units which are subject for turnover to the unit Owners. Monitors and allocate task to the contractors for pending works to be done in the units. Handles unit owners’ complaints and facilitates the repair in respective issues. Prepares cost estimates for those units for rectification which is shouldered by the Developer. Turnover the completed units (Residential, Office, Commercial and Parking units) to its respective owners. Contact the qualified unit owners and schedule an appointment for the turnover of their units. Responsible in meeting the clients on site and assist them to conduct final ocular inspection for their respective units and afterwards, conduct a briefing about the  Facilitate the documentation including the papers for signing by the unit owners and handover the key for their units and welcome them for their soonest move-in. Facilitate all the documentations and reports of the assigned project. Systematic safe keeping of all the documents such as Contracts, Condominium  Generate a complete monitoring for the Condominium project including the documentations, complaint monitoring, scheduling, turnover and other items for each account though MS Excel. Update and conduct presentations using MS PowerPoint for the Monthly progress in the project and its consolidation as well. Monitor and ensure the progress of the requested billings.Condominium Corporation and Developer’s policies.Certificate Titles, ID’s, unit owners information and other forms.

 Supervise all the preparation that will be use in Onsite data gathering such as equipment, tools, first aid kit, maps prepared through AutoCAD and the plan for the right of way also. Collects raw data through legwork on proposed location such as elevations, water flow rate, area of the both up and down streams, length of the river, longitude and latitude coordinates and etc. Assist the Sociologist for the courtesy call to the respective NGO’s and Officials for the Proposed Project location. Analyze and use the data gathered for the preparation of the Feasibility Report. Prepares CAD drawings of dams and other structure of the Hydroelectricity Project. Responsible in some admin works such as minutes of the meeting, safekeeping of the documents and reports, and coordinate with the clients for the update of the development of the project.

 Safekeeping of Project contracts and contractor’s documents such as companyprofile and project backgrounds, billing and etc. Act as the assistant Project coordinator of the Onsite Team and updates the developers regarding the development of the project based on provinces. In-charged in Billing preparation, request, documentation and SAP inputs (Material Management) and giving updates to the contractors about the billing progress. Coordinate and invite the contractors for bidding and also prepare the bid materials. Prepares the weekly report for the weekly coordination meeting and its Monthly Progress Report for its consolidation.
