• Prepare and review Federal and State Tax Returns for Private Equity firms and High-Wealth individuals.• Generate Federal Schedule K-1’s with the proper disclosure attachments for the partners in investment funds.• Calculate fund level taxable income/loss and ensure that income is allocated properly to the partners based on the partnership, or LLC, agreement. Work on special allocations, transfers, contributions/distributions, GAAP reconciliation and investor packages.• Manage and supervise High-Wealth individual’s income and investments such as stock options, investments, charitable contributions and household employee’s payrolls.• Assist and review financial and legal documents to create organizational and transactional charts for the acquisition, sale or disposal of investments.• Experience with preparing journal entities and cost analysis reports for investments belonging to private equity firms and individual clients. • Supervise tax consultants and oversee financial and operational processes in order to effectively meet clients and federal deadlines.
