- Assist with the implementation of evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes.- Provide clinical support and assistance to licensed professionals in the implementation of treatment plans for clients- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of clients- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative approaches and interventions for client treatment- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered

- Use behavioral and clinical techniques to support the mental health needs of clients; this can include (but not limited to) working with students on skills such as anger management, coping with frustration, or interacting positively with their communities.- Being able to use a personalized treatment approach for each student to promote the social, emotional, behavioral, and intellectual development of each student. - Fostered a safe and caring environment for children with special needs exercising skills in patience, attention to detail, and de-escalation.- Use therapeutic approaches to assist them with learning coping skills that aims at decreasing explosive reaction within their communities.

- Meet with students to track and assess progress towards transitional goals which include, but are not limited to the following: Career assessments and opportunities, learning independent living skills, exploring potential secondary studies, and researching trade school options. - Updating students’ SEIS profiles, on a quarterly basis, for the purpose of transition plans, IEP meetings, and ITPs.- Identify and coordinate student access to community resources and activities such as: accessing DMV services, Community College, ROP, Job Corps, and apprenticeships, assist students in using public transportation, and assist students in finding after-school employment- Facilitate vocational education classes in High Schools- Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork including, but not limited to the following: mental health notes, timesheets, petty cash, and mileage.- Collaborate with teams and community partners while also researching community-based support in order to update and maintain the transition binder

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance- Train new employees on food safety procedures and regulations to maintain compliance with health department standards- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinated with the team to maintain a safe environment by regulating alcohol consumption and de-escalating conflict- Recorded data, such as property damage, theft, violations, or unusual occurrences, and provided reports to the supervisors for appropriate action- Swiftly and professionally addressed any customers complaints, escalating to management when requested
