- Promoted to lead first Major Accounts team at Airtable, focused on growing Airtable's Top 30 largest customers (Apple, MSFT, Amazon, NBC, ViacomCBS, IBM, Amex, Blackrock, etc)- Coached AE to close 7 figure net new ARR transaction with major Apparel company, funded by CMO and representing Airtable's largest end to end use case (1600 person workflow)- Exceeded quota both quarters

- Managed a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on growing our footprint in our West Coast strategic customers (MSFT, Amazon, Apple, Google, etc)- Airtable 3.7X’d revenue during this period, and my team closed over 15% of the net new ARR ($22M)- Five of six of my founding AE team members were promoted into Sales Leadership- Formally trained by Force Management on Command of the Message, and led a successful roll out for my team (operating cadence, tools, etc)- Top Global Manager by new ARR for seven of eight quarters- Exceeded quota 8 of 8 quarters- Coached reps to close new Strategic MSA's including Apple, Disney, Ebay, Autodesk, MGM, AT&T, Costco, etc- Team grew five accounts above the $1M in ARR threshhold- Consistently coached reps to close record breaking deals, including Airtable's first 7 figure transaction (~$1.4M in ARR and ~$3.4M TCV, 2 year deal, 3X Airtable's largest ever deal closed by my team the year prior)

- Managed a team of Enterprise Account Executives across our SF, SLC, and NYC offices. - Responsible for net growth of enterprise revenue from existing customer base (churn + expansion of a $20M+ ARR book)
