Planning Project Managers for Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc. duties include total responsibility for the preparation of all work products. This includes coordination with Director of Planning and GIS Services regarding initial meetings and conditions of the project. In addition, they provide overall management of assigned projects from inception meetings to final acceptance, implementation and project completion.Recommends or takes action to solve any and all problems that will delay the completion date or would result in poor quality (i.e. budget, etc.). Establishes the job requirements with the assigned clients and their personnel and monitors the performance of subordinate personnel and the progress of the project.

• Reviewed transportation and affordable housing methodology for Butler Plaza North, a Development of Regional Impact proposed to include 1.2 million square feet of retail, 200,000 square feet of office space, and 400 hotel rooms• Attended public meetings regarding Butler Plaza North and reported findings as needed

• Developed an affordable housing proposal, which included site evaluation, architectural drawings, and 3-D models to illustrate the form and function of three unique parcels that meet the needs of Nantucket’s workforce and celebrate the island’s rich historic character

• Performed Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis to assist local governments and school board officials in developing a comprehensive Public School Facilities Element within their existing comprehensive plan, as mandated by Senate Bill 360
