I staff per diem and travel nurses at over 70 hospitals across the southwest, but the majority of my focus is on the Orange County region. I maintain nurse credential and employment files in the Orange County office and have been tasked with active recruitment using a variety of methods both web-based and off-line.

I was responsible for the Medical Staff Office including the scheduling, pay, and credentialing of the entire medical staff of the main hospital and all Natchaug programs consisting of over twenty physicians and APRNs. I created all physician coverage schedules and filled all coverage gaps for the hospital. I also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer and was kept her schedule and the records for all Medical Staff meetings.
