Design and deploy project management workflows for a multidisciplinary research program and staff across multiple institutions. These include veterinary medical records, participant record updates, technical support and participant support, and staff training program. Supervise a staff of twenty who provide customer service support and data entry. Also support multiple interdisciplinary working groups and committees, including retention, engagement, survey design, data management and analysis, and virtual resource management. Develop mixed-media training and educational materials for both internal and external users.

Managed the quality assurance program in compliance with USDA, CDC, and other regulatory bodies. Oversaw Sentinel program at multiple buildings across campus. Responsibilities also included daily handling of animal health and welfare concerns across a broad spectrum of species. Developed and presented lectures and workshops for up to 60 people, and communicated with, and facilitated cross-communication between, veterinary, research, and husbandry staff.

Taught STEM-based summer and after school programs for K-8th grade students. Programs were lab-based, exploratory classes on topics ranging from aerospace engineering to video game design. Responsibilities included setup and maintenance of the first physical and electronic office spaces for the Austin branch of the company. Also managed inventory and ordering, interviewed and trained new instructors and provided materials, support, and mentoring.

Taught high school biology as well as middle school math, science, and social studies in Title I schools in both small group and classroom settings. Worked with a number of English Language Learners and Special Education students. Utilized a number of techniques to increase knowledge retention, including integrating multiple learning styles into each lesson. Developed pilot Biology STAAR re-tester program. One-third of students participated in the program. Saw a passing rate increase of 33% over expected and nearly all of the students who participated in the program passed.

Took patient history, communicated with clients, prepped medications to be dispensed to clients, and prepared/ran lab samples. Also responsible for venipuncture, radiography, minor wound treatment, suture removal, nail trims, and ear cleaning.

Oversaw the immunotherapy program, including the expansion of the program. This included researching providers, cost analysis, price negotiations, and new protocol and documentation development. Responsible for inventory maintenance, prescription processing, compounding, and client communication.
