Property Accounting Supervisor
CurrentResponsibilities as a Property Accounting Supervisor:1. Supervises, monitors, and reviews the unitization of all Completed Projects to ensure reliability and validity of property accounts 2. Supervises, reviews, and oversees the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of NGCP’s asset master data3. Supervises, monitors and reviews the accuracy/correctness of the recording of property and inventory related transactions to maintain the integrity and reliability of General Ledger/Subsidiary Ledger account balances and timely submission of financial reports4. Supervises the preparation, coordination, computation, review, collation and consolidation of documents/reports and data/information required by internal and external customers 5. Takes the lead in the enhancement, revision and improvement of property and inventory related policies and procedures in the NGCP Accounting Manual, Disbursement Control Manual and other policies and circular orders6. Takes the lead in the continuing systems’ review on the reliability of SAP Financial Information Asset Accounting (FI_AA) Modules and recommends enhancement/development of customize property and inventory schedule/report
