As a Financial Services Assistant, I perform a broad range of administrative and customer service activities to help support S&B Financial Services. Some of my responsibilities include scheduling financial advisor sales calls and appointments, maintaining marketing materials, and supporting sales initiatives and events.I graduated from Smith College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education. Prior to joining S&B Financial, I worked as the Front Office Manager of Dunstan Dental Center; this is where I discovered my interest in the world of finance. I created charts and posters, investigated insurance claims, educated patients on how to save money, and taught employees how to use new software. Making a difference in people’s lives, no matter how small, is important to me.
