I work closely with the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations in managing the ATS system/platform, including process improvement, both at the systems level and rolling out & training the Talent Acquisition teams for both Think Together and California Schools Talent Collaborative. I serve as a day-to-day subject matter expert and problem solver for systems and platforms used by the TA teams.

My duties as an Eligibility Technician are to determine continuing eligibility for the Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs, and to refer recipients in need of social services to appropriate staff. While working as an Eligibility Technician I have acquired the following skills to better accomplish the goals of my job: I have become more than proficient in using multiple computer applications, organizing, prioritizing, and completing a large volume of work within designated timeframes. I am able to retrieve and enter data into multiple computer applications on an ongoing basis to authorize, deny, continue, and/or modify public assistance benefits in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures without regard to race, national origin, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, or personal philosophical views. I can communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately both verbally and in writing to prepare timely client correspondence, forms, documents, statistics, and other necessary reports; as well as effectively conduct in-depth personal interviews with clients in-person or via telephone while simultaneously entering information obtained into multiple computer applications for assisting with the determination of eligibility for Federal/State/County public assistance benefit programs. I have learned how to read, understand, and interpret information and data in Federal/State/County technical documents and accurately determine and issue benefits and then effectively communicate and explain complex rules, regulations, procedures and rights and responsibilities to applicants and beneficiaries of public assistance benefit programs. On a daily basis I interact professionally, respectfully, courteously, and responsively with the public, clients, County employees, and representatives of partner agencies and the community. Lastly, I maintain confidentiality of all information and documents that are considered personal and sensitive in nature.

I am responsible for making contact with past and potential investors and introducing them to the current investment opportunities Warrior Acquisitions has to offer. Each month I regularly bring in $30,000 while working alongside an account manager.

I worked as a field organizer for the No on Prop 32 campaign. I spoke with voters in the Orange County area, informed them of what proposition 32 was, and urged them to vote no.
