Since July 2018, I have primarily focused on NDIS Reportable Incidents, navigating the complexities of a fast-paced and challenging landscape.Throughout my tenure, I have demonstrated a keen ability to a lead high-performing team and implement best practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements. My passion lies in fostering environments that prioritise both quality outcomes and strict adherence to compliance standards.I take pride in my proven track record, contributing to the success of LWB's National Safeguarding Unit (NSU).
