• Ensure all guests are given a friendly greeting as they walk in.• Answer questions about desserts and coffee drinks.• Prepare the dessert and coffee orders for each guest. • Maintain bakery area, dessert case, and equipment clean. • Occasionally train new bakery employees on how to perform above tasks.

• Responsible for answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate person.• Assign roles to To Go and Host Team. Assist either team if needed.• Help new team members learn the entrees and table numbers.• Occasionally, prepare breadsticks for takeout orders as well as the whole restaurant. • Make sure the salad area is clean and fully stocked. • Utilize proper cash handling when assisting bar and to go specialists.• Sometimes help servers with their guests, take tables it necessary. • Translator between management and Spanish speaking team members.• Translate back of house orientation and assist in interviews. • Make sure all food arrives to the guests on time and is presentable.
