Manage the development and administration of programs and services for the Sequoia Living San Francisco Senior Center at the Aquatic Park and Downtown Centers. Coordinate with community partners in San Francisco and the San Francisco Department of Human Services to gain funding and support for our centers. Manage staff of 15 Program Coordinators and Supervisors, Social Service Providers, and Activity Coordinators.

Manage programs and staff at the Sequoia Living San Francisco Senior Center at the Downtown Center.

Develops, coordinates and implements programs at the San Francisco Senior Center that encourage the social, emotional, mental physical and spiritual development of our participants.

Maintain and manage communication with clients, drivers, support systems, and community Service Providers to coordinate individual client meal delivery processes and assuring clients are effectively served.

Ongoing coordination of our Safety Check program, maintaining interdepartmental communication to ensure meals are delivered efficiently while our clients receive a high standard of service and care. Responding to urgent client situations or emergencies that are discovered when clients miss their deliveries.Supervise Social Work volunteers who make ongoing wellness checks and conduct office administration tasks.

Evaluate eligibility for Meals On Wheels SF, provide in-home visits to assess obstacles related to aging in place and refer to appropriate services/programs.

Provided training and support to seniors with developmental disabilities while maintaining an atmosphere of acceptance and integration. Taught group classes in exercise and computer technology.

Supported, instructed and supervised adults with developmental disabilities in their places of employment.
