- Complex multi-state, bi-weekly payroll processing for over 2K employees- Responsible for recording stock options , RSUs & relocation expenses for 5K employees, including hypothetical taxation where required- Validate system data feed from HR to payroll platform - Serve as team leader, providing training and guidance to colleagues, HR and associates- Collaborate with management and team to complete projects and improvement initiatives. - Review, analyze and reconcile payroll data for accurate and timely processing- Provide resolution and guidance to inquiries and payroll requests from management, HR and associates- Administer retro calculations for benefit deductions for benefits- Work closely with ADP Enterprise service departments

- Support team of 11 payroll specialists including personnel and technical support for multi- state and multi-pay schedule payrolls and client support- - Responsible for audit of work performed by team ensuring compliance with payroll tax and regulations- - Provide positive praise, coaching opportunities and personal improvement plans to ensure everyone is functioning at their highest potential- - Work closely with managers and IT to resolve system performance issues and innovate more efficient workflow- Key player in on-boarding and on-going support for the largest client in the company’s history, paying over 30,000 worksite employees weekly for one client
