• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Master of Science in Bioethics and Fellowship in Bioethics programs, with student experience starting from on-boarding and orientation through alumni management. Provide academic progress oversight, advising and counseling, and planning with students on conduct, accommodations and other issues.• Develop and offers faculty professional development opportunities with Center of Bioethics faculty directors and other colleagues at Harvard Medical School and Harvard University.• In conjunction with Program Director(s), oversees admissions and recruitment for all education initiatives• Oversee program evaluation and assessment for all educational programs. Ensure data- informed decision-making and a culture of continuous improvement within the Center programs at the Core leadership and staff levels.• Develop and oversee alumni engagement initiatives• Direct oversight of team members, processes, structure and professional development

• Strategic Program Development and Management: Development and management of innovative and strategic program product offerings to market. Responsibilities include: Leading and working closely with internal and external resources to design, develop, launch, enhance and support new and strategic program offerings. Manage team(s) of staff within a product line ensuring successful launch and delivery of programs to learners (B2B and B2C included).• Systems Integration and Management: Develop and maintain Salesforce process for B2B and B2C program data management ensuring all stakeholder need are met. Responsibilities include: Leading and working closely across multiple functioning units to create and manage systems processes and documentations, working through multiple dependencies and unit protocols. Facilitate key systems integration to enhance efficiencies across all working units.• Institutional Data Collection and Reporting: Develop and manage overall outcomes assessment and reporting for department certificate programs. Responsibilities include: Serve as the central manager for data collection for outcome assessments and reporting. Working with all stakeholders to develop and maintain metrics of success for all program content areas
