Previously, Ms. Chen worked as Chief Representative for Russell Investments based in Beijing. Before relocating to Beijing in 2011, she was based in Russell Singapore office and responsible for business development in China. During her tenure with Russell, she helped the company to set up a joint venture in Shanghai and establish a Representative Office in Beijing. Apart from the efforts to set up the local presence, Ms. Chen also led in the institutional sales approach, and QFII/QDII business in China.
