Manager, Global Distribution & Content Services
As part of the Digital Supply Chain, I manage a team that handles the end-to-end availability, servicing, and delivery of digital film and television content at Sony Pictures. I also lead the charge for process improvement, ensuring that new and existing workflows increase efficiency for all project owners. Focusing on key territory execution and utilizing aspects of project management, sales, operations, programming, and strategic planning, I am directly responsible for the day-to-day and strategic execution of our global partners' TVOD, SVOD, and FAST digital content workflows. I work closely with key stakeholders, marketing, and the commercial sales team to ensure the success of product launches across Features and Television initiatives.Most recently, my team was instrumental in launching Sony's first FAST channels across several European territories.
