Work along side some of the top Retina surgeons in the world. Oversee a team of 20+ employees daily. I am currently managing 4 offices, each office sees between 60-120 patients daily. I have been given the opportunity to open a few other offices within our practice, and the process has always run smooth. Having great passion for patients and treating them like they are family's a skill I am proud of. The beauty of the medical field inspires me to grow and adapt to the modern medical practice . I love the extensive research our company is involved in and take much knowledge from it. Working hard as a team player makes me the best at my job. I respect authority and listen to others ideas. I am faced with several conflicts daily, thinking outside the box helps me come out with a positive solution.

Worked up patients, triaged, Vision, and took pressure. Took several types of photography including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), and Fundus photography, including IVFA. Prepared patients for treatments, including Lasers, and injections. Assisted the doctor in dictating charts and daily needs. Coding, billing, ICD 9 and ICD10, EMR.

Checked patients in and out. Verified insurance, registered patient, coded, and processed payment. Got daily schedules together, streamlined daily issues, communicated appointments, and oversaw daily activities.
