I am a project manager that leads cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle. My experience includes serving as a consultant, an employee, and as an entrepreneur. I have led a wide range of projects including network, software installation, cybersecurity, marketing, product development, and process improvement. In each case, I serve as the key link between the stakeholders and the teams to maintain the momentum of the deliverables.My career started in managed services. It was there that I harnessed the ability to learn quickly by asking questions to understand the primary objectives of the stakeholders. This drive to understand the larger business needs enables me to deliver the strategic and tactical leadership that each project needs to meet the true objectives of the stakeholders. A few of my projects include:• Leading 100 team members across 10 sites over 6 months to roll out new hardware and software for a bank at its branches. • Managed the development of an enterprise software application that processed financial transactions from requirements gathering to post deployment enhancements while achieving the strict security and data processing requirements. • Partnered with a National Big Box Retailer to lead the teams that modernized the Point of Sale (POS) PinPads comprised of hardware and related software at 1,173 locations. • Delivered a modernized contact center system comprised of hardware and software for an IT Help Desk that required management of the vendors, logistical coordination with the client’s teams, and training of the end users to maximize post implementation success. • Coordinated a cybersecurity audit for a highly regulated client including the evaluation, recommendation identification, and presentation to the senior leadership and executives for improved practices. • Launched a CPG Product successfully in 3 months at budget as the leader of the product, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
