Current1/11-Present RME • Tampa, FL Position: Strategic Account ManagerImmediate Supervisor: Armando Villar • Phone 813.885.8200 x 5238Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:•Strategic Thinking - Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization's strengths & weaknesses; Analyzes market and competition; Identifies external threats and opportunities; Adapts strategy to changing conditions.•Project Management - Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.•Works with Executive Team to prepare an annual budget of national accounts including volume, revenue and profits by marketing program competencies. •Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.•Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.•Makes corporate and regional visits on a regular basis and as needed to ensure client satisfaction.•Meets or exceeds national account – approved deadlines for marketing solutions.•Assesses clients’ satisfaction with the results of RME’s delivered solutions •Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Presents numerical data effectively.Additional Qualifications* Self starter* Excellent customer relations* Strong organization skills* Highly responsive* Attention to detail* Superior verbal communications skillsOperating Systems: Macintosh and PC Platforms
