On a day-to-day basis, I offer professional assistance to coaches and state education organizations. I organize monthly webinars for stakeholders and process monthly coaches' invoices and yearly contracts. Moreover, I serve as Council Liaison to Accountability Systems and Reporting Collaborative. Collaborate with meetings team to manage budget and plan yearly in-person convenings.Some of my major accomplishments and contributions are as follows:• Provide technical support to Advancing Inclusive Principal Leadership network coaches and leaders from the network's eight states.• Deliver technical guidance to Student and Staff Well-Being Community of Practice coaches and leaders from the network's four states.• Assist in planning team-building activities and events for a primarily remote workplace.

My primary responsibilities in this job role were to design, supervise, and evaluate school-based instructional programs. I reviewed and observed state, school, and district performance profiles and report cards. I offered technical support to school districts, answered questions, and created presentations on performance profiles, growth calculation, and graduation measures. I prepared special reports, managed collection of critical data, and served on committees.Please consider the following highlights of my experience:• Modified ADE Graduation Rates System and Assessment Correction Engine to determine accurate graduation and assessment rates for schools, districts, and the state.• Collaborated with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Office of Information Technology, and the State Systems Administrator to create school performance profiles, disaggregate data, and comply with federal and state legislative mandates, accountability, and reporting requirements.• Ensured complete compliance with federal and state rules governing the school accountability system and school designations.

During this tenure, I supervised staff training and development and managed overall program budget. I created and maintained excel spreadsheets and worksheets to project and track salary, benefits, and travel expenditures for staff and administrators. Furthermore, I researched and analyzed school precedents as well as regularly updated personnel to adhere to adult education industry goals. I assisted in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff, resulting in staff increases to significantly impact PCSSD Adult Education students. Also, I compiled and reviewed quarterly and annual reports, forecasted program expenses, and reported on monthly meetings.My significant contributions and achievements of this job role are as follows:• Managed budget of $1.2M for staffing, technology, professional development, and new program development.• Authored and modified grants, including AR Adult Education Request for Proposal 17-18 and Dollar General Literacy Foundation. • Generated and examined data from LACES database reports and expenditures with an emphasis on ROI of 15 satellite initiatives. • Designed a curriculum for a class of 30 students ranging in age from 18 to 60 to promote reading, mathematics, language skills, digital and financial literacy as per College and Career Readiness Standards.• Developed content for student and staff policies handbooks by researching previous manuals and updating outdated information to meet educational goals. • Developed compelling visual aids and infographics for staff and students to boost programming awareness and engagement.• Enhanced training program efficiency during Covid-19 by developing programs in Articulate 360.
