Inside Sales Account Manager
Current· Prioritized and managed customer accounts to ensure that time is focused on critical, strategic issues ensuring 98% customer satisfaction and on time delivery: with zero customer complaints.· Managed customer relations and coordinated with Production for all Northeast and West Coast Accounts totaling upwards of 1000 separate businesses.- Prioritized accounts of importance levels; from immediate attention to routine correspondence; ensuring that all 200+ daily inquiries and issues were handled prior to Close of Business.· Conducted various Account activities such as: Preparing orders; Verifying inventory accuracy; Create open order reports; Create shipping reports; Process Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s); Manage RFQ’s; Manage ECN’s; and Resolving invoicing issues.· Investigated client concerns and provided solutions based on experience and networking on all customer inquiries, resolving the issue with zero cost, or issuing RMA's and/or credits when necessary.· Monitored all First Articles through all operations in the factory and outside vendors while communicating any changes or updates to the customer as required to meet delivery expectations.· Extremely Proficient in ERP systems including advanced knowledge of the Syspro Operating System.· Managed a customer base of $14+ million per year covering 19 states.· Used excellent verbal skills to engage customers in conversation and effectively determine needs and requirements of their manufacturing lines to ensure no line went down for production.· Encouraged interested clients/buyers to visit our facility and explore the diverse capabilities offered resulting in new business opportunities and added bottom line profit.· Certified AS9100 Auditor and conducts monthly audits of random Departments of the Company ensuring we meet and exceed all aspects of certifications prior to yearly Governmental Audits.
