Manager, Reporting And Performance Analysis
Current• Create dynamic performance reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of over 30 partners and 35 teammates on a monthly basis using specified metrics set by Management using Microsoft Excel• Build project governance presentations to communicate business trends and performance using Power BI• Champion Group level reporting on all projects, as well as the maintenance, audit, and analysis of all project data for accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to C-level executives.• Design and build data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations from large datasets based on defined business requirements that help all stakeholders monitor trends and key metrics• Liaise with over 20 stakeholders for all project-related information and updates required as reporting inputs • Facilitate periodic training of direct reports on data cleaning and prep, data analysis, performance reporting, and presentations.• Manage team's outputs through effective delegation of tasks, clear communication, and fostering of team spirit• Drive continuous improvement in data reporting by actively suggesting more effective ways to optimize data reporting processes and insights• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and non-compliances within the business function
