I’ve helped Sellers and Buyers to acquire, sell, and manage everything from single-family homes, condo, multi-family homes, to large apartment complexes up to a 1,000 units. Always willing to help with an engineer’s mind and a designer’s eye. I’ve been fortunate to design the interiors of clubhouses and other significant structures. One thing I find my clients appreciate is the hand-holding I do as we go through the process of finding the right property with concierge level service, no matter how big or small the transaction. I have had my CA Real Estate License since 2014 and so excited to finally be able to use my license to help my clients sell, buy and build the the home of their dreams. Our Riverside office is part of ConAm's Southern California affordable division. We grew the region and found success with our clients and agencies, working multiple affordable programs including TCAC, USDA, HUD, etc.

The programs on my properties range from USDA, MHSA, HCD, HOME, etc. I am focused on improving the overall quality and productivity of my properties and teams by bringing a conventional approach to affordable housing through marketing, reducing turnover, and improving curb appeal. I enjoy leading my teams to success through hands on training and development and creating a strong commitment to ConAm and providing results for ownership. New construction and Lease-up of a Mid-Rise Multi-Use Apartment Building in a highly competitive market location. Hired and trained a team of industry professionals. Developed and implemented a marketing strategy after losing all signage/banners/flags. We specifically focused on SEO, social media, internet advertising, outreach marketing and drilling down on marketing sources that are bringing in the most qualified traffic. Improved the average absorption rate to 23 move ins per month vs. budgeted 21 move ins per month. Improvement in both conversion and closing ratios by putting systems in place to ensure easier leasing and maintenance processes. Focused on consistency with the basics; completing over 100 follow ups every week, double and triple closing every prospect, utilizing craigslist and e-blasts, etc.

Sucessfully promoted and trained an award winning Maintenance Supervisor, Sales Manager and Service Tech as well as recruit several other positions on a staff of 8. Developed and implemented a new marketing strategy specifically structured for the market location and areas's economic struggles/seasonality. Elevated the 306-unit property ahead of prior year and budgeted occupancy & NOI in 2010, 2011 & 2012. AAGIE nominated for Community Manager of the Year (2011) and Property of the Year (2010, 2011) & Service Manager won Service Supervisor of the Year in 2011. Won Community Manger of the Year and Optimist Award in 2011.

Started with Camden in 1998 as a leasing consultant and worked my way up to District Manager. Assisted the Regional Vice President in hiring and training the new region in all company policies and procedures. Developed and implemented new marketing strategies specific for each property location. Successfully recruited and trained a staff of up to 10 managers and over 100 employees. Exceeded Budgeted NOI on all properties for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Brought District and Region from last place in the company to the Number 1 Region and Number 3 District overall in the company. Huge Concession reductions leading to year over year growth in the hundreds of thousands.
