I am emotionally fine tuned in difficult situations and very effective in diffusing tense situations effectively. I enjoy sharpening teams to become one cohesive working department and developing individuals through experiences that are led with empowerment, trust and decision making. I respect those who challenge the status quo and desire to develop a better process or procedure. When I am not working I enjoy an obscene amount of locally roasted coffee and creating new dishes in the kitchen to enjoy with my family.
