As a regular rural carrier at the United States Postal Service, I have been delivering and collecting mail from various locations along different routes for over six years. I have a good understanding of postal products and services and can complete postal forms and reports. I also have skills in service delivery, organizational development, and administrative organization.In my role, I provide multiple vehicles for the route and maintain a clean driving record. I sort, secure, and load packages into postal and personal vehicles. I ensure that all registered, certified, and packages are delivered to customers safely and on time. I value customer service, teamwork, and efficiency, and I enjoy working with diverse and rural communities.
