Current•Conducted assessments and home visits with the senior population, to determine eligibility for services based on State/CAO/Managed Care regulations and requirements. •Organized and coordinated services, managed a caseload of up to 80 participants, and provided counseling and resources within the community to participants and their families.•Meditated difficult cases and encouraged positive relationships between consumers, family members and providers. •Mentored approximately 15 new hires from 2009 to present and conducted trainings on efficient billing practices for PCA administration and employees.•Attends yearly trainings by the Area on Aging Association in various subjects to increase knowledge such as Dementia, Caretaking methods, Prescription management, How to serve vulnerable populations, Substance and Alcohol abuse, LGBTQ aging community, Financial Exploitation, etc.•Active member in the Community Outreach Program, which consists of attending community events on evenings and weekends, across the city of Philadelphia to promote, educate and provide resources and service information about the agency to the community.
