Executive Assistant
· Manage executive’s correspondence, including e-mails, phone calls, letters, and visitors; obtain and furnish information on behalf of executive; prioritize incoming communications for awareness of key issues. · Prepare documents and presentations requiring advanced use of multiple office technology and software applications.· Research, compile, and analyze information for executive.· Schedules and maintain appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements.· Performs comprehensive event planning to promote employee relations.· Create and implement employee development initiatives to promote company objectives.
